Our return promise

Most items can be returned within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. We want you to love what you buy.

Exceptions

• Electronics (TVs, computers, tablets, cameras, drones, smartwatches): 30 days.
• Opened personal care, intimate apparel, and swimwear must be unused with hygiene liners attached.
• Final sale items, gift cards, and perishable grocery items are not returnable.
• Items damaged through misuse are not eligible.

How to return

1. Go to Orders and choose Start a return.
2. Print the prepaid label (free for defective items or our mistake; otherwise $6.99 is deducted from your refund).
3. Drop the package at any carrier location.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Start a return and select Exchange; we'll ship the replacement as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier.
